At the beginning, the speaker, Patricia Kuhl,
uses the expression : ROCKET SCIENCE.
It is a term used for something that is 
very complicated to learn 
and implies a very HIGH level of studies
often associated with GENIUS + es 
(students in the field of science).
We often use this term in the negative form:
It's not rocket science!
It's not that complicated to understand!
