Hello Super Sue !

There are no leaves in the tree but many apple at the market... So ...

Here, it's my favorite apple recipe. «Croustade» de pommes à l'érable du Québec

Portions : 3 - Preparation : 10 min - Bake : 35 min

3 cups Apple, chopped
3 Tbs Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Flour
3 Tbs butter, melted
1 cup oatmeal

In a baking plate, mix chopped apples with maple syrup and a half dark brown sugar - In an other big plate mix all other ingredients - Spread it on the apples - Bake 30 to 35 min. in the oven at 375 F.

If I wrote the recipe correctly, it should be excellent !!!!

Enjoy !

WOW!!! Louise
I love your recipe because for one it has maple syrup with the apples and secondly it is so easy to make!!!
Just want to mention for the directions: using a 'BOWL' would be more practical than a plate ;) THANKS for sharing and I'll eventually let you know about the results. SUZANNE
