MEDITATION and its BENEFITS

       Dear student persons!
Those who learn its techniques often say
they feel less stress, think more clearly,
  practice calm and compassion.

Talking about MEDITATION!!!

Good morning!
I got this video from DIANE R. who is an intermediate student and a social worker.  I appreciated the fact that she thought of me and sent me this  ??? cannot find the word to describe it… VIDEO.
The objective is to counter stress
 In the video’s title
One-Moment Meditation:
"How to Meditate in a Moment"
It is something you can do
 any moment of the day.
It means take a few minutes and breathe!
Take the time to be aware
of what is going on in the moment!

MY MESSAGE to you:
Whether you're feeling sad,
 anxious, or stressed,
How you feel matters!

Have anice day,
SUZANNE
