HAVE YOU EVER HEARD of QI GONG? "WHAT?!!" Click on title for info.

This morning's  my Qi Gong class  was a 'God send'!
Just the right moment to get me into a favorable mood and 'place'.
I started these classes at the same time
you started your Enlish ones.
Maybe it would be a great idea to use some of this calming energy
to get YOU into a relaxed English dynamic.
Is that an oxymoron; relaxed dynamic ?!
Here are the BENEFITS of this form of Martial Arts
and I would add to this list:

When I went to China, I saw people who praticed QI Gong outside, all the day whatever the weather. Why don't mix full documents and full exercices in your English classe...

You went to China! WOW!
Whatever the weather is (habit) , they practice (habit) outside all day .

Why don't I mix a lot of documents with a lot of exercises, you ask!

Is this your attempt at being 'sarcastic' ?!!!
